The final phase of the SOMA token public offering is finally here! The now live RegS sale is the final piece in the SOMA.finance roadmap to launch the SOMA security token or real world asset (RWA). Regulation S private placements allow for companies to sell securities to non-US retail investors.
Following the successful close of the SOMA token RegCF public sale earlier this year, which saw a historic turn in how digital assets are offerings as it was the first compliantly issued and regulated security token offering to take place and allow for both US and global retail investors.
